At the beginning of this year I started a new blog entitled The Homeschool Cafeteria. The purpose behind this blog was to increase accountability in feeding my family healthy meals, especially during the middle of what can be very hectic school days. I also hoped to offer tips and ideas for other homeschoolers who find it a daunting task to keep the noon-time meal from turning into a series of boring sandwiches and highly processed convenience foods.
The Homeschool Cafeteria Blog didn't pick up very much attention and I found it hard to post daily about the subject. However, I don't want to give up entirely on the topic, and so I am going to try something a little different. Beginning next week, each Wednesday, Homeschool Musings will feature The Homeschool Cafeteria. It will be a weekly post intended to share my weekly lunch menu along with recipes, where appropriate.

I would love to make this a weekly meme, a link-up, where you can also share a post about what your feeding your homeschoolers for lunch. I think together, we can all be an incredible resource to each other as we try to provide healthy meals.
